Nasi Ayam Goreng Kunyit is a popular dish in Southeast Asia, particularly in Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore. Our fried chicken, meat and squid marinated with turmeric, giving it a distinctive yellow color and a rich, earthy flavor. The side dish is typically served over white rice and often accompanied by sides such as carrots, long beans and Onions slices, sambal (a spicy chili paste).
